BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

BALANCE

The balance of the tariff is payable at the time of arrival by, EFTPOS, or credit card. No personal cheques will be accepted. Cash will only be accepted with a $100 holding deposit.

We have a strict NO CREDIT POLICY

Whilst management will do its utmost to accommodate your requests, it reserves the right to relocate your booking to another similar cabin or site should circumstances arise that warrant such a change.

REFUNDS

No refunds are given for early departure, and any payments made, including deposits or tariff balances, are not transferrable.

PETS

Pets are welcome at management discretion for all stays.

We offer three pet friendly cabins. Pets are not welcome in the common areas or amenities.

Pets are welcome on powered sites. Supervision of pets must occur at all times during the stay. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure their pets are on a leash at all times and cleaned up after.

POOL

Pool operates October 1 to April 30 yearly. Pool is available for guest use between 9:00 PM and 7:00am. Children under 12 must be supervised by at all times in the pool

NOISE

To ensure comfort for all guests, common areas includin camp kitchen, pool and barbeque areas are closed between 9:00 PM and 7:00am, 7 days a week. Noise is to be kept to a minimum by all guests. Quiet hours are in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs fellow guests will not be tolerated. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY –

Cancellations are to be made in writing, either via an email (preferred) or SMS

Cancellations made minimum 24 hrs prior to arrival will be entitled to a refund, less a $10 administration fee.

Large Bookings (sporting events, wedding groups etc) are required to pay one night deposit per booking, which is non refundable if cancelled within 14 days of booking.

All monies will be refunded back into the account or credit card that was used to pay the original pre-payment amount.

No monies will be refunded for inclement or adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

No refunds will be given for early departure or late arrivals.

CANCELLATION POLICY – COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL

Cancellations are to be made in writing via an email (preferred) or postage.

Cancellations made before October 31 in the year prior to arrival, will be entitled to a refund, less a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations made after October 31st will not be entitled to any refund.

All monies will be refunded back into the account or credit card that was used to pay the original pre-payment amount.

No monies will be refunded for inclement or adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

No refunds will be given for early departure or late arrivals.
